Short Sighted

I think the decision to ban homeschoolers from the Subway/Scholastic Writing Contest, was short sighted. In the event a homeschooler won the athletic equipment could have been donated to a community playground, recreational sports league or church of the homeschoolers choice.

    Hey, they could even make a slight adjustment and say that the equipment would be donated to the school district in which you reside, with the option of choosing a specific elementary school.

    And then homeschoolers might not be very interested, but it solves the problem!

    That was a good idea Dana. I just think it was terribly short sighted of them to 'upset' some of their customers/potential customers. Obviously it wasn't a case of they just didn't think about the homeschoolers since they banned them. With a little more thought they could have come up with a way to include them.
