Mass. school district under fire for condom policy

A new policy in a Massachusetts public school district that makes condoms available to all students, even those in elementary school, is drawing criticism from some who say it goes too far.

  1. Elementary school? It's a crime in MA to have sexual contact with a minor under the age of 14. So it seems to me that should be the minimum age for a student to have access to condoms through the schools.
