Outrageous. The poor child. Is this even constitutional? wouldn't it have sufficed to make the kid have to clean all the desks in her classroom and write 100 times "I shall not doodle on property that does not belong to me"?

A kid in my dd's old school was almost suspended because of a mini lego person toy gun.
Here is another link to the remote controlled laptop webcam disaster. I hear the parents are suing the school district.
