Costco wants to know if parents should be certified to teach their children at home.

    Ugh, I don't like the wording: "Should parents be certified to home school their children?"

    Well, does that mean that if I say "No" I'm saying they "shouldn't" be? Because I don't think it is a big deal either way... but parents should be allowed to homeschool even without certification. ...ugh... perhaps the writers should have been homeschooled [smile].
